Hello,
I have an M17x-R2(sig) that I sent in for repair last friday. I am getting worried because I forgot to copy down the tracking number from the label. I called Alienware support today but they were busy so I left a message. I emailed the support guy about 3 days ago and haven't received any response. I am getting worried and annoyed at this. My screen is broken (must be the inverter or the motherboard). The technician came to my house and replaced the LCD but that didn't work, so I sent the computer to Dell. Can someone give me advice on where to go from here? I am going to be pissed if I lose my laptop.![]()

You will have to keep calling them, and talk with them to get the status
not sure of you can find out any info online via the service tag -

they should be able to tell you if the laptop has been received or not
