    M17xR1 Windows 8.1 randomly freezes

    As the title states, I've been having issues with Windows 8 (before) and 8.1 (currently) freezing my laptop randomly. Is this a known issue or am I the only one having this happen? I'd appreciate some guidance here as this issue is especially irritating to say the least.

    Was your system fine on Win7 ? , If yes then it's surely a driver issue here in your setup...that maybe causing freeze up.

    Yes, It was originally a Windows 7 computer. I have no missing drivers in Device Manager.
