    M17xR1 bunch of problems

    So my first problem, it says my battery is plugged in but not charging. How do i fix this, i tried pressing FN + F2 like 20 times but it doesnt work.

    My second problem, my aliensense camera login thing doesnt work either. It never enrolls my face when i activate it. I type my password and login, and a popup comes up saying "Based on the current configuration AlienSense logon and continuous authentication is disabled.". I tried to reinstall Command center but it didnt work

    My last problem is everytime i log in after restarting my CPU, a pop up comes up saying COM SURROGATE has encountered an error and needs to close or whatever. I already uninstalled nero but it still doesnt fix it.

    Install the latest Bios. It'll fix it.

    Not sure about the other two problems. Did you try playing around with aliensense settings?
    I don't use it so i don't know.
    Last problem might be one of the software not properly uninstalled.
    I don't know. Just guessing.
    Try running CCleaner.
