    How does this work if I've spilled a drink on my Alienware and it's completely ed up?

    Would they send me a m17xR3 or a refurb m17xR2? And why does the m17xR3 have an inferior monitor to the m17xR2? SIGHHH

    I know I can just call and ask but I'm having a warranty issue atm where they're claiming I'm NOT covered but I am and I have proof.

    If you have accidental care, you can do just about anything to it and they will fix/replace it.

    Warranty mix-up?
    Same thing happened to me.
    Standard warranty is showing on their website but I have the invoice/receipt for my Accidental Warranty purchase.
    They fixed it after 3-4 days.

    And yes, spill accident is covered.
    Well if they can prove you did it intentionally then you're in trouble. Heh.

    R3 has an inferior monitor but you'll get over it soon enough.

    do they need "complete" corpse?
    ex: throw down from 100 floors/hit by train@300kmh >> turn into pieces/dust :eek: :D
