    M17xR3 screwhead broken,

    I tried to prey open my system (after a year or so) and found that one of the screwhead directly under the battery(the place where you put the screwdriver tip) directly under the battery (not the one that is used to open the backplate) broken. Cannot get them off. Will this affect anything if something needs to be repaired?

    Only if you need to access the DVD drive or speakers.

    But in any case you can send the computer in and our Depot technicians will have the tools to take that out. No worries.
