What is the best way to overclock for overall performance with a 920xm. In the Bios there are 3 setting I know I can go up to 5% but what about the other 2 setting where should they be set or be left alone.

Your largest performance gain on XM CPUs will be a free program called ThrottleStop. It really unleashes the 920 and 940 chips. You can run the 5% BIOS overclock without changing anything else.
