    So to sum up, this does not look like a technical issue right? I am not sure how to proceed. Should I go ahead and extend my warranty?

    I'm having stuttering issues too happens in all games some worse then others. My game could be running a 60fps and then bam drops to zero or one then back up to 60fps. it all seems to be tied in with the 620m the more cpu intensive the game is the more my games seem to stutter. I've tried throttlestop but it really doesn't help. I been wondering if it has something to do with the the chipset and the processor's built in gpu causing problems or interference. Don't know how exactly to test this.


    I figured that there had to be more people out there with problems and it seem I was right. go figure same problem same proccessor.

    I tried to keep my eye out for others with this problem now that i found someone maybe we can go to dell and say hey there a problem with this processor chipset combo and go somewhere with it through dell technician.
