    I know this has been discussed before, however I was wondering if anyone fixed there issue. Currently I just picked up a new m17xR3 3D and it has a slightly loose battery. Its not causing issues - just annoying :/

    Also, the KB on the left seems to have quite a bit of flex (around the qwert asdfg zxcv keys). Is this normal?

    i dunno if it might work but i had the same issue on my m17x and someone on the forum suggested using gorilla tape on it. i dont know how to apply it because i never go around to trying it. so you might want to try that. as for the keyboard flex, i dont have any suggestions.

    I think flex on the keyboard there is common. Mine does, but it doesn't bother me at all since I can't notice it at all when typing.

    Battery on mine is loose as well.
    I leave it on the desk so I forgot about it until I saw your thread. Heh.
