    M17xr4 7970m Issues (Help!)

    I'm having issues playing games after reformatting. I have catalyst 13.1 installed and whenever I play games (like league or war thunder) the game will "flicker". The screen will go black and will minimize then come back into the game. It does this often and sometimes gets textures wrong in the game.

    I'm not sure if I missed installing something or if anyone can recommend I do something to correct this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

    Have you checked to make sure that catalyst actually installed the driver? The last time i reformatted and tried to clean install 13.1, it actually left the default windows driver untouched, had to driversweep and try again.

    I see, I could give that a try.

    I downloaded driver fusion, says catalyst installed. I also have Nvidia display stuff as well.
