I have a few problems after motherboard replacement.
    1. Windows boot up is slow. after i press the power button, it took 15 seconds to display alienware logo.
    2. i cannot find my old windows serial key after i inserted the tag service in the bios setting.

That might be the CPU that runs slower that your usual one.
As far as getting your old windows serial key, that should have been in a sticker beneath your computer.
If not, it should have been printed and included in the original box where your Alienware came in.

In most Windows 8 machines Windows DPK (digital product key) is injected into the mainboard itself. The first POST (power on self test, time until AW logo appears) is always slow after replacing any hardware. UEFI/BIOS needs to check any new hardware attached the first time you boot the laptop, second POST should be as fast as usual.
