Anyone have any ideas why my 7970m would have both bars all the way full? Shouldn't I be able to OC it?

Any R4 users here who could help? I haven't received mine yet but will chip in my $0.02 when I do. This doesn't sound right... xXxPykexXx could you upload a screenshot and let us know what drivers you're running atm?

Follow slickdude's guide and I guarantee it will work. At least if you are at factory driver settings. There's a cfg file that needs editing.

I had some trouble but my issue was that somehow when I edited the cfg file it saved as a text (!?!) after I fixed that it was smooth sailing.

+1 vote for slick dudes guide.
