MSI GTX 780M in alineware m17xR4

    Hello Everyone.

I am sorry if this has been discussed before, but I was just wondering if anyone is aware of the MSI GTX780M compatibility with Alienware systems.

I got one of this card and I was wondering if I buy the 17" R4 alienware will it work or there is some mod required on vbios (maybe needs to be unlocked or flashed with a different version of vbios)?! I know that SVL7 knows the answer to my question :D

Your kind attention is highly appreciated.

    Thank you very much.

The Hynix 780m vRAM in the new Alienware 17 and 18 is also rated at 3000mhz.
