this means there is a hardware failure of some sort.

    Somethings to check:

Your ram, pull sticks out and insert one at a time and then reboot to see if the issue is resolved

make sure all your heatsinks are securely on the CPU and GPU(s)

If you are overclocking put everything back to stock

it could also be your mobo, but lets hope it isn't that.

Either way, if you have a warranty use it

The old familiar Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) can have many causes. First, what are your specs? Second, what were you doing immediately before the BSOD occurred? Have you made any recent changes to your BIOS? Are you overclocking either the GPU or CPU and, if so, how much? Have you recently installed new drivers, which ones?

Download and run Who Crashed ( http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed), click analyse and report what it says. Also Blue Screen View ( http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html). Both read dump files to help identify which drivers, programs, etc crashed the crash.
