What driver am I missing? I have the latest GPU driver and the latest BIOS driver. Is there a specific OSD driver I need and will someone be kind enough to link me it?

In edition to installing the correct OSD driver, if the touchstrip controls are still non-responsive, do the following:

    1. Disconnect the system from AC Power
    2. Remove the 9-Cell Battery
    3. Depress and hold the power button for a 20 count
    4. Reconnect the 9-Cell
    5. Reconnect AC Power
    6. Power up the system

This should resolve the issue. If not, contact Dell Support and open case#.
