Alright have a problem I haven't seen before.
Just upgraded my GPU from 2x 6970m's to a single 7970m (This card is sweeeet btw!)
    Noticed an issue though.
If I Hibernate my computer, when I boot it back up, the GPU wont run at max speed, it runs very slow and every game is choppy.
if I Shut Down my computer, the GPU runs perfectly fine at max speed after boot up.

Anyone ever seen that before? I mean its not a HUGE problem but its an annoyance lol

I have constantly seen issues with notebooks going into and coming out of hibernate (hibernate page file getting corrupt, the data not being written back to the RAM correctly, etc.), and its not limited to GPU issues. My best advice to you is not to use hibernate. If you need to turn your system off, just shut it down. Your sig states you have an SSD so booting up cold should still be just as fast as booting from hibernate. Otherwise, you can just put it to sleep and come back an hour or two later and will only have lost 2-4% off your battery...or at least that's how much I've lost with my R2 in sleep for 2 hours.

I would recommend you the same as Radji, just skip the hibernation. This PC's startup very fast so you simply won't need it that much.
