    Modded A08 BIOS - LCD brightness difference?

    Did anyone with a 6990m notice a difference in the LCD brightness with the modded A08 BIOS after the IGP was disabled?

    Seems the issue only involves windows, so perhaps I need to uninstall and reinstall the ATI drivers. LCD brightness in BIOS and bootup look fine, its not until after the windows splash screen that it seems more dim. Brightness is all the way up using the keyboard function keys. Also, Ubuntu brightness looks normal.
