    Hey everyone :)

Recently I've been getting the darn blue screen -.- Pissing me off every now and then

It's not too frequent but since it came a few times I decided to boot into setup and run the diagnostics thingy, which fits.. It said there was one error with one of the memory tests... And a couple of my BSODs have said MEMORY_MANAGEMENT...

What can I do about this? I'm not sure what memory it is talking about, maybe a faulty RAM stick?

When I restarted the pop-up came up "windows recovered from an unexpected shutdown" saying:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1a
    BCP1: 0000000000041790
    BCP2: FFFFFA8001644F00
    BCP3: 000000000000FFFF
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\022713-20638-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Leo\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-20716-0.sysdata.xml

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated :) thanks!

Hi, get and run whocrashed to analyse the dmp file for more info.

The memory tested will be the ram sticks. Did it give you a code? When I had a HD error the dell diags gave me a code that I called in. They checked the code and sent me a new HD.

If the diag error is consistent then try removing each stick one at a time maybe?

    HTH

    Thanks for the reply :)

I'll try get the codes as soon as possible whenever I have the time to run multiple tests, I'll get back here soon.

Hopefully it is simply a faulty RAM stick and removing one will fix everything, thanks again :)

Well if it's driver issue or faulty ram , don't worry about it it will be easy to fix it just run diagnostic tool
