    My R2 randomly goes black/white screen when watching video? HELP

    When I watching video (local and online, not full screen), screen randomly goes into black or white. Keyboard and mouse stopped responding and still can hear the sound of the video. No OC and all drivers from DELL. I've tried power setting, still have the issue. i have this laptop for 18 days and i have this issue from 2 days ago.
    Mine gona be replaced, but i still want to figure out the solution in case it happens to my new system.

    Any help?
