    Heh...that's such a tease...I should be getting mine today or tomorrow, depending on how finicky FedEx decides to be with their priority overnight service (they picked the thing up at 6 AM Saturday and it's been sitting at the local destination facility for about 8 hours rofl).

    I was looking at the EOS 550D. The 7D is a bit more than I want to spend.

    Do you think it's possible to paint the palm rest and have a perfect gloss finish also? I really like this mod. The one issue though if you have to exchange the system due to a failure what happens?

    Probably but you'd have to ask Speedy. I don't think I would touch the palm rest because it would wear off the quickest there.

    I gave him extra pieces I bought from the NBR Marketplace so I can swap my original pieces back if I even have to send it in. That would be pretty rare because I've never sent in a Dell yet.
