The problem I got is plug AC Adapter in and my laptop still using battery power.
So I call tech support and they send technician to my home to replace a motherboard.
After that my computer have RAID issue which is I cant make it work like I usually do, so they told me send my laptop to depot repair, and they make my computer using just one HDD, not RAID anymore.
Second time calling dell, they replace my HDD, and I was able to set up my RAID again, but new problem show up. However when technician open my computer he leave some scratch on it.
when play game, chat, web, or watching movie, my computer usually freeze for couple second then get back to normal for few minutes then freeze again for few second.
Third time I calling dell about this, and they told me my laptop was over heating so they will send technician again for replace the part got scratch and heat sink again, on tuesday june 21.
Honestly, I dont think this will solve this problem, so I wonder if I could get them replace my laptop for me? I'm using basic warranty right now which is dont have accidental damage.
And if I have option to replace laptop, should I take that?

If you cannot get it working it is best to get it replaced...it seems like your computer is just a mess, and they truly dont know whats wrong. im taking a long shot but It seems like a Faulty Motherboard or CPU.

for me, I think it's motherboard, but they keep saying that overheat.
I cant stand there and watch them mess up my first laptop that I pay $3700 out of my own pocket. :(
