Did you mean AMD 10.9 drivers? Because my stock are 8.763 and from Dell\AW supposed to be the latest at the moment.

I know it's all very confusing, but 10.9 is the whole package with 8.763 drivers. Dell/AW drivers are modified AMD drivers.

Latest drivers are 8.801, not modified by Dell/AW.

As the previous two posters said for me with the stock drivers the only problem I have noticed if is the smoke/tire bug at the start of races.

I see no reason to run fraps to quanitfy how well the game runs. It runs smooth and feel smoother then what I'm used to on consoles. And I think the game looks quite good. (through it could use some AA or MLAA)

Guys i tried the dell approved 10.9 ati driver and there is no AA even if i turn it on in ccc... hence you dont notice any major fps drop (with naked eye) with crossfire. but try installing 10.12 driver and turn on the AA in ccc you will see the cars edges look VERY smooth and looks a lot better... and its now that u notice poor crossfire performance...but perfectly playable with 4XAA and no crossfire... try it and report back..

which test has shown crossfire has better performance in nfs hp than single card?? see its not that i have to use cross fire coz i have it.. there is no rule that crossfire gives 2x performance... sure you could use crossfire for this game but why punish both cards by using almost 70-80% gpu load and get half the performance?? single setup puts less load on the gpu and yields better performance... I bought Crossfire coz I play other games too... ;-)...like crysis has almost 2x performance, mafia has good performance increase with xfire, ME1 and 2 runs better with xfire too... and many other games... so if u think u have bought xfire setup and it is unreasonable to use just single card well u are correct but that is for the developers and card manufacturers to think of and they should..

Lol, my videocard actually malfunctioned while playing this game. However i was only using 1 videocard because for some wierd reason while on crossfire the smoke commin from my tires would look all pixelated and look like ... but using just 1 videocard it looked normal.
Im hoping when the tech comes to replace my videocards, everything will look much better, im pretty sure somethings been wrong with my 5870s since the day i got them.
Fans made the wierdest noises, crossfire wouldnt "always" work... Using GPUZ my secondary card wasent really showing much useage, always maxed at about 20% even max on crysis etc :|

Hey college kid did you get your games working yet? What we did in Iraq was plug into the spaware server directly. I was in a little FOB so I would go in at 0200ish when no one was around. Worked out great. Keep your head down.

whenever I force aa with CCC all the signposts in the game get stuck on the screen. Like I'll be driving along and go by a sign, and when I pass it, the sign won't disappear. it's stuck on the screen.

    Looking for ideas.

I was playing the game with a Logitech Dual Action control pad. I had uninstalled it and did a few things with my system, now that I want to play it, when I have the Logitech Dual Action control pad plugged in, the system will freeze and force the program to shut down. This is after the Press Any Button to Continue option, which is the first thing. If I dont have the control pad pluged in it works fine, but playing this game with a keyboard will ruin it for me. Anyone got some ideas?

Could be one of the services you disabled that had something to do with it.

Well with a little research I found that I had to delete my old controller settings file in the Documents/Criterion Games/NFSHS/Save/Default/controller doc. Works like a charm now and I can finally create a working image :p I'd rep you again Joker but I can't :p

    Hello guys,

after installing the latest AMD drivers 11.5 and the latest CAP4 I've noticed that now the game doesn't utilize the secondary GPU, only the primary one and FPS is around 40-45-50. All other games use both cards.

Does anybody else experience the same with this game, if so, how can we fix that?

    Cheers
