So after the latest windows 10 update, my nvidia gpu driver stopped working and I had to update it. But while I was doing that, I noticed this: https://puu.sh/Haim8/760c17fa7e.png

I installed an older driver for my GTX 1060 since the newer ones aren't playing nice for whatever reason. But this "nvidia stereo controller" still doesn't have a driver. What is it anyways? What does it do?

I have never seen it called "NVIDIA Stereo Controller" before. That's a new one. I am guessing that it is probably the GPU's HDMI audio output that does not have a driver. If you used a modded driver or NVCleanstall and did not include the HDMI driver in the configuration that might explain why it is shown as an unknown device on your system. If you are not using HDMI for audio output then it should not affect your experience or functionality.

I don't install the HD Audio driver neither from mod Nvidia drivers or with NVCleanstall.

There is no need for it unless you are using HDMI for audio output. I do that on one of my desktops. The speakers are plugged into one of the monitors and they get the audio signal that way. The other desktop has the speakers connected directly to the audio ports. As long as having the items showing up without drivers in Device Manager doesn't bother a person or cause a loss of function, there is no reason to care about it. It's not going to present any problems whatsoever. On a laptop that does not use any external display or speakers, there is even less reason to care. Totally irrelevant.

Is your panel the 3D model? If so that's probably what it is and nVidia no longer supports it with newer drivers. Although I don't think it would show with a non official GPU.
