Confirmed with My laptop trying to get 3D working with the 485m on an external Monitor, This is getting insane, I downgraded to Dell's latest driver using a modded Inf file because at this point who knows how else Nvidia is gimping the hardware other then 3d Disabled.

    Bump.

This information needs to get out there and we need to revolt!

They are removing features with more and more revisions. It is getting ridiculous

If you can line up the proof you can take up legal action. That's really messed up of them and I'm all for sticking it to the man. Are you able to get anyone from Nvidia to comment?

I know this is an old thread...but has nvidia fixed this issue? How do I get 3D to work on an external monitor on my R3?
