Need Advice M17x R1

Hi guys,
just wanted to know what i should do,
i have a M17x r1 bought in 2009, last year i had a few probs
in the end i had the gpus (280m Sli) replaced twice, motherboard 3 times and hard drive once,
the last time it went wrong it was sent to them so they could examine it in house, and they replaced hhd and gpus before sending it back to me,

it has been working ok until today, i finally had a day off with nothing else to do so have been playing on it all day, until it gave up, and switched itself off and there is a strong burning smell coming from the back, wasn’t playing anything to high just a bit of diablo and a few emulated game,

im going to call them tomorrow and get them to fix it but i was just wondering if i should push for a replacement as the extended warranty runs out on October and im afraid this is just going to keep happening
