    I stupidly install the seagate 500 gb driver update( i have 750 gb hdd), now when i turn on my laptop i get a non-system disk, press any key screen anyway to fix?

    won't let you boot to safe mode... Well you could try removing the drive and doing a restore/backup using an external dock.

    no it boots normally after i press any key but the message is annoying

    Seems like the bootloader is corrupted, so that your PC thinks of it as an external drive.
    Try to play around with it in the BIOS, try to put "hard drive" as the top boot-device.
    Did it change any?


    Probably a sloppy advice but, might help..
