    Need Drivers for Ethernet Port

    recently wiped and reinstalled windows 7 64bit onto my m17x r3, Im trying to hardwire my internet from a wall powerline adapter, but i cant find the drivers to hardwire my internet anywhere!

    I Have the Intel Centrino ultimate-n 6300

    any help would be appreciated!

    The Intel 6300 is a wireless adapter, not hardwired. You can find the driver's on Intel's site, but I would suggest using the Intel Driver Update utility, which will check for any other Intel devices and update their drivers too: Intel® Driver Update Utility

    Edit: Sorry, I overlooked the fact that you're trying to connect by ethernet cable. The driver for the ethernet (LAN) port should be on this page: Alienware M17x R3: Initial Drivers Installation | Dell

    I no longer have the driver CD for the artheros driver and the download link through dell is broken! any ideas?
