    Ok here it is I have two 4870s in crossfire I went to play starcraft II and it said they did not reconized the cards. So, I went to dell and downloaded their install program. my drivers before updated said december 09 was last update dells website said they had news ones from feb 10 so I got those and installed them via their program. Now one card is working but the other card says

    This device cannot start. (Code 10) any ideas the other one works fine.

    You most likely have a driver install fail uninstall everything ati use driver sweeper in safe mode the re boot and install drivers fresh.
