so ihv just got an 2013 Alienware 17 with basic specs...now i wanna upgrade some parts:
First. will this ram work ? Samsung 4GB DDR3 1600 MHz 11 10 F3 M471B5173CBO Laptop RAM 204 Pin | eBay (it has the same serial number with my current ram)
Second, i didnt get the msata option from Dell...so right now i wanna know something:
    1) i have 2 hhd already so i wanna ask if i should get msata as caching one of the hhd or as a boot drive ?
    2) if i should make it as cach drive, how many gb should be good for 750gb HHD? and if boot drive, will 128gb enough ?
    Thanks !

In order for RAM to work on this machine, it has to be DDR3L.
128Gb is enough for boot, 80Gb should be good for caching.
Any of the 2 options is fine, the mSATA boot drive is faster though.

To add to this: If you can't find "DDR3L" memory, search "1.35v notebook memory." Low voltage memory is a bit more expensive because it is new.

Well if the ram runs on 1.35v you are great!
