I routinely use Acronis True Image to make backup images of computers. It is a handy tools since it allows you to perform a "bare metal" restore. However, the Acronis Boot CDROM wouldn't work in my M17xR2... it would just reboot after attempting to load Acronis.

Well, the new version of Acronis True Image 2011 has solved that problem. I created a new CDROM from its "create media" feature, and the new CDROM boots just fine in my M17xR2.

... just wanted to let folks know

Good to hear this is working. Used to use Ghost, but now debating trying Acronis.
