Probably has something to do with A03 update? I remember reading other people with the same issue.

I set the frequency in BIOS to 1600 and set XMP Profile 1...Still shows in CPU-Z at running at 667Mhz instead of 800Mhz...

    Any ideas?

I always had to use Profile 2 to get 1600mhz when I tested out the HyperX in my system, have you tried profile 2?

set speed to auto and xmp to 2
if you mod anything with cpu then you have to redo memory changes btw

    what are you checking with?

if it's set to xmp 2 in bios and running at 1333, you either purchased or were shipped the wrong memory.
Can't hurt to set it to xmp 1 though just to be sure.

here's my settings for 1600 c9 (IGNORE the 1.55v part, I use 1.50 and you should too!)

Tried both and memory is fine, the specs report it as having XMP-1333 and XMP-1600

    It reports this for the XMP-1600 profile for the settings: @ 800 MHz 9-9-9-27 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 37-128-0-5-12-6-6 (RC-RFC-CR-RRD-WR-WTR-RTP)

Are you on A03? Like I said there was a few threads a week or so ago with the same issue...

I use Memory Voltage of 1.5, Auto Freq, and XMP Profile 2.

Here are my CPU-z screenshots for you to compare.

Make sure all of your slots say the same thing about your memory...

Actually mine looks like that. Had to upgrade to 1.57 to see the Memory page...Mine is at 797.5 for whatever reason but that's close enough. Not sure why the SPD page is reporting 1333 as well as AIDA64 ?

I am using A03 with those settings.
Updating to A03 seemed to raise my WEI from 7.6 to 7.8 btw (random after-though)

edit: it's <800 because your CPU is underclocked. bump the bclk to 100.19 or 100.21 (which is really 100) or whatever sticks around that mark.

2630 does not run above 1333, IIRC.

Maybe it was a different model, I remember warnings being posted everywhere about it.

Anyway, CPU-Z once again shows 667 after rebooting asn seeing 100.19 >_<

    EDIT: Fixed

Apparently it reset the XMP profile. Set back to 2 now it's sitting at 800.6 :)

Still not sure why the other apps show 1333 but if this says 800 I think I'll take that

Now /me goes back to waiting for the 485M
