Working fine for me so far. I've changed my overclock settings that I'm using for benchmarks, so unfortunately no comparison data for different games.

 

thanks for the update. Just got the 770 installed last night so I'll install these and probably not tell a difference in whats going on.

 

When I use NVIDIA GeForce Experience to check for updates, it says there are no new updates even though I've got the 331.82 drivers installed... What's up with that?

 

Mine was doing that. It just appeared about 10 mins ago. Might be by country during high demand? Seems corrupted downloads are showing up

 

Need to get some basemark data, I'm holding off until I can get some fresh numbers to compare (and test out GFE's quick install)

 

I manually downloaded the drivers and installed them in non-Optimus mode. Is is necessary to also update the drivers in Optimus mode or can I just do that whenever?

 

As long as you have it installed you should be fine.

Also can confirm its on Geforce experience now.

 

Took the plunge and updated my 780M tonight.

Ran a few benchmarks (Bioshock Infinite and Tomb Raider) both gave around 6fps increases.

I'm setting up FRAPS now for Skyrim.

Mine won't install for some reason really bizarre got the whql version off nvidia too..

 

Did you just try the drivers as they were or did you use the modded inf from here ( http://forum.notebookreview.com/ali...m-driver-assistance-needed-8.html#post9519470)

e.g. I need to use the modded inf to install these drivers for my m17x R2 with a 680m.

 

I've seen this over in the NV forum. It seems NV messed up on the installer and there are 3 installer versions with the same driver version!

The only sure way I have seen to get the latest one is to use GFE. Get it to check for updates and it can detect the latest one if you do not have it.

 

Can confirm, this is how I got mine. Usually I end up downloading from the website but GFE found it for me this time and installed it no problem.

 

I seem to get stuttering with this driver. AC Black Flag and Batman Arkham City definitely run worse. Haven't tried a lot of other games though.

 

Glad it's not just me. Cheers just dl the GFE now.

 

You sure ? I just download & Install from the link that you give us at the page 1... and it installed just fine.... GFE detected and says it's up to date....

Maybe because I use the .inf file installer rather than normal installer since I got the 680M on my R3.....

 

It was fixed about 2 days after release and GFE updated it so there shouldn't be any 'old' installers around now

 

Upgraded about this past weekend, have not faced any issues. Noticed the benchmark score went up by 110 points.
