    Ok. Long story short, I just purchased and installed an SSD (Kingston 120GB V+200) and re-installed windows with the original DVD that Alienware provides. All of my drivers are up to date.

    I downloaded and installed Battlefield 3, it worked fine for a couple of days. Now it refuses to use my GTX 560m. Any ideas? This is really infuriating and Nvidia has done nothing to remedy these horrible Optimus issues.

    Suddenly it works after upgrading from A08 (modded bios) to A09. Weird thing is, I never touched it other than changing options corresponding to my SSD. Who know. *shrug*
