    So I got my laptop a week ago sadly work have keep me from toying around with it, today I check it and there isn't a code on the documents they send me to upgrade to windows 8.. they say there isn't a chat for this model m17x r4, try to send email same deal... facebook and twitter no replay... so call them?.

    And if you need your Windows 7 product key it's on the sticker, which you can find in the battery compartment (remove battery, it's under there).
