Already did the 3-4 a fresh copy of Win 7 installation. Last time I did what is call “nuke the system” I install all the lattes drives available on dell/support. (all drives are for the specific laptop and OS system).
I load all drives and then my favorite programs, everything went fine no any issues.
But the system keep changing the video display from: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4870 to a Standard VGA Graphics Adapter and this is the complete message I get when the video driver get lost:
"No ATI graphics drive is installed. Or the ATI drive is not functioning properly. Install the ATI drive appropriate for you ATI hardware".
Any Ideas?

If that's not the case, just try again cleaning the drivers:
Uninstall
reboot into Safe Mode run CCleaner(Driver Sweeper for piece of mind choosing ATI display)
reboot and install a version that is known to work and be stable in the R1, i'm sure somebody with the ATi cards will tell you a good driver version for those. -
I am still playing to get my ATI radeon 4780 drive on the system.
I did an other clean installation of the OS and I am unable to load the driver.
But inside on the bios I notice this:
under advanced option,
integrated graphics,
are two options,
enable and disable
and the enable option is selected.
This can be my probem?

Try Disabling it,this way your system will have to use the ATis and try installing the driver. Make sure to properly uninstall the current video driver version before installing any future ones and so on.

Jup disable hybrid, your system will boot to windows and install the driver immediately by itself.

Problem solved, I disable an option on the Bios and now I have installed the lattes driver for my video cards.
