    I need help.
I have asked before but this is getting real tiresome. How do I fix my no battery power up?
Is it my battery or do I need to update my BIOS?
    What should I do?
When I power up my laptop with a fully charge battery, I get as far as the Window start up screen then it just shuts off.
ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like something requiring troubleshooting with AW Support. Are you 100% positive the battery has a charge?

Your last post (from October 8th),

As mfractal mentioned, be sure you are on BIOS A09.

    Drivers and Downloads

Just download it and execute it. Follow the steps outlined.

Thanks for the advice, I will update to the new BIOS since I am still using A02. BatBoy I thought there was a certain way other than Dell install instructions to update the bios?
Yes I am sure it is fully charge, that is why I do not understand what is going on.

^^ unless I am missing something there is only one way to update the bios ans that is from windows by running the exe.

What I meant by that is that some like to pull the BIOS and flash it from a bootable USB drive (DOS).

First of all thanks for the advice.
I attemted to update my BIOS A09, after install my computer automatically shut down.
I restarted that is when I got "Missing Operating System" what do I do now. I am not computer savvy like you guys are, that is one reason I did not try to install a updated BIOS by myself.
I need help. What should I do?
A step by step is needed
    Thanks

your raid settings have probably been reset.
You should enter the bios and redefine your RAID config.
It's not difficult, just enter your bios by pressing F2 when you see the alien head.
When inside, i am not sure exactly where it is (don't have my comp next to me) but you should find your HDD config and change the setting from AHCI to RAID0 and you should be fine.
I am sure others can give you a step by step if you get into trouble.

Are you able to reproduce the battery/boot failure on A09?
