Everytime I put my computer to sleep I get a black screen and the keyboard is not fully lit. I then have to do the power drain and this normally brings it back, but this time I had to do several power drains and unplug the CMOS battery and do a power drain while the CMOS was unplugged. This is odd any ideas as to what could be causing this? Nothing is OC everything is at stock I am on A09. never had this problem on A07/A08.

Don't even bother putting it to sleep especially if you are on SSD with it.
This laptop won't be a first or last with sleep issue imo. -

Still produces the same behavior with the dell drivers.

Why don't u try to revert to A07 and confirm that the problem goes away?

Just reverted back to A07/A09 a few times, and no more issues with sleep on A07. I can still reproduce it on A09, but on A07 everything seems to be running better than before(A09) It must have been an Issue with A09.
Should I put this in the A09 discussion thread so Brian can see it? -
You definitely should. You're probably not the only one with that issue and that might help diagnosing the problem.
