    Noises under m17x

    I saw a youtube review where someone else had this same problem but worse actually so it may just be an alienware thing but for everyone that has an m17x when you tilt it up and press up where the battery is do you hear creaking sounds like it is not securely in there?

    When I push the right side I barely hear anything but when I hear the left I hear a very loud creaking sound like the battery is not in there all the way.

    My battery is loose as well but it doesn't make any noises.

    Sometimes it is like I can "click" the front panel in place, and I also think the battery hangs a little loose from the underside. I don't get any noises from the battery itself though, the sound I hear is from the chassis.

    Mines loose but I am not concerned about it. Doesnt make any particularilly loud sound when I push on it. As long as its secure I am not bothered.
