OCZ are generally pretty good. They're best known for their range of SSD drives, but do other stuff too.

Plenty of people use NewEgg. It's good a wide range of parts at fairly good prices. You should have no problems with them.

OCZ used to be renowned for there RAM. They used to one of the prime choices for people planning to overclock. This was back during the DDR1 and DDR2 days.

As for newegg I frequently buy stuff off there site.

9-9-9-20 is acutally faster than most DDR1333 JEDEC ram(9-9-9-24), so solid choice.

Newegg is your friend. Great service and fast shipping. Good choice on ram, I was debating on getting the same item but I don't really need 8 gigs unless I just want to be cool like you :p
