    Normal for DVD drive to eject at startup?

    Everytime my computer turns on or wakes from sleep you hear the DVD drive as if theres a DVD in it and its ejecting it but there is no disk in. Anyone else have this issue?

    Yup thats normal noise the notebook makes everytime you power it up from a cold start.
