My 2920xm is overheating and it is not even overclocked yet. Idle temps are about 50 C. Under heavy load with wPrime or XTU utility it is hitting 90-95 C after 1-2 min and start throttling.

In Bios I changed short and long durtraion PWR to 99 and Long duration TimeWindow to 56.

I tried reseat heatsink about 10x but always the same. Thermal paste is MX-4.

i guess that problem may be in cracked heatpipe or faulty heatsink? But it looks fine.

CPU Fan is dust free and clean.

    Can you help me please?
