I have an Alienware M17xR2. I am having such a hard time getting my Broadcom 802.11n network adapter to work. How do I enable the wireless radio so that I can get to my home network? I receive the following alert:

" The radio on your 802.11n network adapter is still disabled. Use the hardware radio control switch to enable it."

Unfortunately, tapping the hardware radio switch as suggested in the user manual does not solve the problem. Can someone help?

Try reinstalling the OSD application on DELL.com
