I have got be honest I am still running 311.48. I went back here after all the trouble with the more recent NV drivers. It might not be the fastest driver around but it is stable.

Yup, for all the problems it just hasn't been worth chasing a few FPS in some later games. The only redeeming factor for me is that rollback has simply been a 'clean option' driver re-install. No messing around with cleaner apps :)

Seems to be getting a lot of good responses with users in the NV forum reporting that they can finally get off 314.22 :D . Multi-monitor and SLi setups appear to be the only common issues (see link in opening post)

Edit: The modified inf for older machines has just shown up over in laptopvideo2go

    thanks for the update!

just got a notification on nvidia experience centre
    dowloaded and installed it

    no issues yet
    tried metro:last light
getting about 5-10fps more than previous drivers, on settings optimised by nvidia experience centre(everything max except AA)

    cant test 3d though
my 3d is down for the moment

Well, I was seeing a slight 'hiccup' in some games so I thought I check out the DPC timer. This was the result:

Not really getting in the way of gaming yet but I guess it's another rollback (and this is a brand new card!).

    Good luck people :D

Edit: Well this one's not for me. Got boring with it happening every few minutes, back to the last one...

Glad to see you're keeping a hawk's eye on these driver releases Mickey ;)
The word on this beta driver is that its doing a world of good for people playing the Battlefield 4 beta. Havent gotten around to play with these yet, but I should be able to test it on the game today evening and post back the results.
Has anyone with a 500m series card had a chance to have a go at these drivers? Am hoping the overvolting with this is safe as 327 WHQL drivers.

Thanks, gives me something to do :D !

LOL, the BF4 community has been very vocal about getting a 'game ready' driver. All they needed is a good working one, but now NV have dropped this beta without any hint it was coming and saying clearly 'BF4 ready'

Shame it's not for me right now, see above.

I have already seen a couple of 580m's that no longer overvolt for the last two releases. My 675 is just a rebadged 580m and that burned out slowly and painfully after 320.18.

I saw the voltage spike on all the drivers after the 3xx branch was released but it only happened for a few seconds at game start. I think the combination of the increased voltage and something they introduced after 314.22 pushed a lot of 4xx/5xx and fermi 6xx cards too far. I'm sure it's fixed now ;)

Have you checked out laptopvideo2go? You have to manually save the inf from the link when you get there, but they have worked for me on a variety of machines...

It's a good driver but unfortunately, I have to role back to 326.98 quadro ones. Any driver beyond that crashes in my overclocking attempts. 326.98 is stable way beyond a Ghz into desktop GTX 680 territory.
