    You don't want that SSD if having the best performance is important. I regret getting my Vertex 3 drives... too slow with incompressible data and buggy Sandforce controller. Better off sticking with an Indilinx or Marvell controller based SSD. But, then again, for only $54.99 it's a whole heck of a lot faster than a HDD.

    yea, I was linking it for anyone that needed a cheap SSD. I bought one for my wifes M11x. She will notice the difference and be happy.

    I've yet to run into any issues with my Vertex 3.
