I won't recomend the video drivers off nVidia's site.
stick with the P06 beta driver on Dell's site.
if you can PM your email i will gladly send them to you.
But what seems to be the problem that you can't download off of Dell's site?

HERE you have the P06 driver.
Make sure you properly uninstall the ones you curently have installed(uninstall from Control Panel -> reboot in Safe Mode and run CCleaner to clean your registry for any nVidia drivers remainders -> reboot and install the P06 197.84) you'll be (video driver)issues free with the Dell ones.

When you unpack it, the files are saved under c:/dell/drivers

If anyone has R240771, I can pm you my email address

    THanks

Just received my refurb M17x-R1 and did a complete Win7 install. However, there is no driver disk or system restore partition. Dell said that all drivers are downloadable of which I did. The only problem is the OSD application (R240771.exe) which is not available. In fact, no OSD application is downloadable for the M17x-R1. Dell can not give me a straight answer as to whether they will be available or not.

I'd appreciate it if anyone can post the driver (if allowed) or show me where to look. Dell ftp site is of no use.

    Thanks in advance...
