    Does anyone know the direct line to the customer resolution department for alienware or dell? I had a tech come to my house to do a repair on my computer because it came with broken tabs on the bottom case that connects it to the palm rest. They sent the wrong parts, and the tech damaged the palm rest. They said they are escalating it to a customer resolution department and that ill get a call with 48 hours. Call never happened. So, does anyone have their number? I looked it up, and couldnt find it.
