I had to split the order up between CRAPPY Frys and AWESOME newegg, because frys doesn't ship orders over 250$ to APO but doesn't say this on their webpage.


Either way should allll be here by next week sometime! Paid 1650$ for the laptop, it is about 1 month old, and paid about 865$ for the accessories n games.

I'm not a gamer but I'm already looking to pass down my current 4870CF M17xR2 and get one with 5870CF

So where did you buy yours from? Price is good imo.

 

There was one in the outlet with 720qm, 8gb, 5870cf, rgb for $1889. I added it to my cart then let it go about an hour ago since I was unable to use the 20% coupon. I think it expired.

 

No, I grabbed it. Either that or a similar system but for $1829 instead of $1889. Talking to reps to see if I can get the 20% discount Total should be around $1588, including tax and disposal.

There are tons of the R2 now due to no coupon Way to go Dell.

Well looks like my Call of Duty Black Ops just shipped as well...WOOHOOO.



I got this from a guy off craigs, who has a friend who gets super deals from dell on these things. He bought it and then decided he wanted a diff one with the 920 so he just unloaded this...Originally he wanted to sell for 1370 with 1 5870, then had dell come out and upgrade to 2 x 5870s, so he asked 1650 for the entire setup...It is like brand new in box with manual , mouse pad, and all that stuff.

Soooo hopefully everything runs smooth when I get it, I have a lot of games to load up now on it.


Yea this one isn't a dell outlet version it was purchased new for him and now I'm getting it...It is only about 1.5 months old I think.

I had a hard time deciding between the MadCatz rat 9, MS Sidewinder x8, and the Mamba, I originally had the x8 ordered but they cancelled my order and so I switched to the mamba and that order just shipped.

 

Did you get it? We share the same misfortune in high tax and EF.

 

I've been looking on the Outlet, I have seen a few decent systems, but they either lack a blu-ray drive, RGB Lcd, or they have 4870s or a micro hard drive. They have fantastic specs then lack one of those and so I just never went that route.
