    Hey, i want to overclock my processor, but if i do, will i lose my guarantee @ dell and is it bad in any ways?

    No, the OC is done with software, nothing they can see... and it's reset everytime you shutdown the system.

    There are a lot helpful threads about this around here... also at the M15x forum. You will need to use SetFSB.

    Edit: You always need to be carful with OCing and manipulating the hardware in such ways... but as long as you use some common sense and read the advice you find here you should be fine. Nevertheless some BSODs are inevitable when searching for a stable OC.

    Dont really feel like donating some random guy to oc my cpu though

    Then you won't be overclocking your CPU ;) He'll give you the registration to SetFSB and thats the only way your going to OC the CPU.
