Inspector is the only one that does multiple P states, so you will need that, you have to OC both P1 and P0, and you will need to flash the modified VBios to avoid it dropping the P1 voltage to .85.

675's dont throttle like the 580's so only the highest state has to be Oc'ed. They only temp throttle at 78C in the m17x, but this is P-state independent.

Your sure about this? We have flashed our 580's to 675's and still get the throttle. I thought it was confirmed the 675 throttled just the same.

The 675m's have the 78C throttle that is for sure but I am unsure whether it has the power throttle.

Dell 675M = no power throttle, meaning you only need to overclock P0, as littleone562 said

@Op, there is an overvolted Dell 675M vbios here: http://goo.gl/AjhXj

Is anyone overclocking their GTX 675m?

How far have you been able to push it?

800ish mhz on the higher voltage is normal, just watch those temperatures.

730/1800 on stock volts. Never went above 70'c. Any higher started to notice artefacts. Over volting I got much more from it but returned to stock.

Just watch, I know some 580M cards had problems with dying at higher voltages, so see if the stock voltage overclocking is enough first.

Yeah, I only ran overvolted for a few weeks and decided the stock overclock was good enough.

It's usually the most sensible way to approach overclocking, see if you actually need the increase. I'm just not that sensible :p

My 675 has the power throttle in some games although not as much as the 580 I had before. Any OC'ing of P0 will quickly trigger P1, and with the voltage drop it started to artefact. Flashed it with a vBIOS that matches P0 and P1 and use NvidiaInspector to tweak them for different games.

FYI my 675 is far less OC'able that the 580 I had but temps are lower. Anything above 715 and I see 'flashes' for want of a better description. Not tried different voltages since I heard bad things happening to some...
