I got a small question. I have a 920xm processor and a 7970m on my r2. I have ran 3d mark and vantage on my overclocked xm, and everything runs fine (the video card i am runing stock). Anyway, when I play Far Cry 3 (only this game, all others behave fine), the game crashes after a couple of minutes. I have even reinstalled the game and still get the same effect. Seems the only way i could get the work to play with no crashes was to use the "Normal" settings of the CPU.
Temperatures are always good and its not like the computer fails... its just the game... Kicks me out to windows, or locks me up (which I can solve with a ctrl, alt, del). Any ideas?

Its the game, my 580m does it as well right now, its an update i think, we have to wait till a driver comes out to fix the issue i believe *Correction the game overloads the system and uses the most of the rig, sorry brain was not working properly lol im at work, but ya the system draws the power so much that the game crashes cause its not getting enough out of the system essentially its basically the game runs our video cards at 100% most of the time along with the cpu and i watched my temps hit at almost full heat but not enough to crash the computer just the game. basically its the game using to much of the cpu and when you look at it this way we are at the bar for out cpu and gpu and overclock just puts it to the bar for the power*

FC3 is not the best game currently to try out your system, highly unstable for some (and highly stable for others, for some reason).

    Gogo BF3! ^^

Well, i read about the several crashes in the game, but an update was released a few days ago that helped that.
Still, definitely the game is not overclock freindsly.. if i play at my lowest overclock settings, everything works perfect... the moment I used my mid or high overclock settings, then everything goes down the drain.
