Hey, i just got my pc repaired, but now i see that it's getting overheated after just 10-20 min.
I think that the middle fan ( if there is one) dosn't work, since i can see it stand still while the right and left ones are moving.

That is the CPU fan, and if it is over heating replace it ASAP, and unless you have a laptop coolling pad, do not use the laptop until the fan is replaced

The same thing happened to me just with my left GPU fan gotta love those Dell techs! even a pad will not help trust me I had to use a cooler plus three other desktop fans ghetto rigged with a desktop PSU which I used the old jump method to get it to power the fans I have a video I will post it to youtube and link it here. I did this just so I could play a game for ten minutes otherwise it would shut off. So there are a couple of things to do take off the back cover (take out the Batt and undo the two screws to take off the back cover) and see if he plugged it back in its plug should be right next to the CMOS battery plug if that doesn't fix it Just call Dell raise Hell and have them fix it.

EDIT: you can also take off the back cover put the battery back in and see if the fan is spinning or not.

The middle fan is indeed the CPU fan the ones on the sides are the GPU fans.
it might not be broken probably your CPU doesn't need it to turn.Or it doesn't turn at all ever?
Download HWmonitor here and post a snip of your temps.

The fans will spin no matter whether they are needed or not. They will spin slower but they should never stop at all. If his is not spinning he needs to make sure that it is plugged in first and if it is and still not spinning he needs to call dell and tell them that his fan stopped working after the repair.
